Organizational structure

R&D themes can be proposed by various organizations: the Research and Innovation Committee of the CFCP (French Centre for rubber and polymers), which relays information on problems encountered in the rubber processing industry, Cetim’s development program division which summarizes the engineering industry’s elastomer R&D requirements, FDCA (Fondation du Caoutchouc) and internally within the LRCCP for its own projects.

The R&D activities are steered by the Scientific and Technical Committee whose executive committee analyses the relevance of the projects, draws up the budgets and monitors their technical progress and direction.
